The Story

We had the house.
We couldn't afford to actually live.

4,000 square feet. Million-dollar neighborhood. Big beautiful suburban life. And every single dollar going straight into it. We were house-rich and experience-poor.

So we made the decision that scared us. We sold it. Moved into 1,100 square feet. Airbnb it when we travel. Stopped spending money on more stuff and started spending it on more life.

That shift made the Italy trip possible. It made the AI-powered business possible. It made the life I actually wanted to live possible. Now I help others build the same.

Do I need to be technical to do this? ↓
No — but you need to be willing to learn. I built my entire 16-agent system with zero dev background, just 15 years of business logic and a willingness to figure it out. The cohort and Intensive use Claude's Cowork — no code, no servers. The Blueprint goes deeper into Code if you want it to. I teach you how to think first. The tools follow.
What kind of business do I need to have? ↓
Any service-based or info-product business with recurring operations — coaching, consulting, property management, agencies, e-commerce. If you have lead flow, content needs, client communication, and some financial reporting, you have an agent opportunity. This is for real business owners with real operational weight — not people who just think AI is cool.
What's the difference between the Intensive and The Blueprint? ↓
The Intensive is 4 weeks focused on one outcome: get your AI Chief of Staff built and running. It's fast, focused, and hands-on. The Blueprint is 6 months — it covers your full life and business redesign, goes deeper into AI infrastructure, models your actual financial transition, and includes a heavier build cadence. The Intensive is the right first step for most people.
What tools do I need and what does it cost to run? ↓
For the cohort and Intensive: a Claude Pro subscription is all you need to start. We use Cowork — no API keys, no servers, no extra tools. For the Blueprint we may go deeper into Railway and the Anthropic API, but my full 16-agent production system runs for well under $100/month. We design your stack around what you already use.
How do payment plans work for The Blueprint? ↓
The Blueprint is $15,000 total, payable as $2,500/month over 6 months — aligned with the active engagement period. A pay-in-full option is available at a discount. All details confirmed on your application call.
How many clients do you take at once? ↓
The Blueprint is capped at 4 clients at a time — intentionally. The Intensive runs on rolling enrollment based on my capacity. Cohorts are 10–12 people max so there's real interaction and I can give meaningful feedback on everyone's builds. When spots are full, they're full.
